The followings are the activities conducted by HCN’s secretariat for ethical management.

Active, creative and efficient management

Realization of a clean company

Constructing clean trading with contractors
Increasing fairness and transparency of work
No unfair acts taking advantage of position/title

Strengthening competitiveness

Improving unreasonable system
Increasing efficiency through work improvement

Strengthening work attitude

Establishing work attitudes such as compliance with regulation
Encouraging a sound private life (gambling and love life, etc)
No sexual harassment allowed
Protecting the company’s property and using it efficiently.

Organizing the ethical management secretariat

Organizing and operating the ethical management secretariat for the head office and each SO in order to form employee mutual identification with and understanding of the ethical management and actively practice the ethical management activities

Activities by cyber secretariat for ethical management

  • Strengthening the continuous ethical management practices for innovating and rearming the employee’s mindset
  • Checking activities for the awareness of warning and prevention of possible problems
  • Researching the implementation of and compliance with the corporate policy
  • Checking the maintenance and application of system to ensure contractor satisfaction through enhanced fairness and transparency in the work
  • Checking the work for improvement of any problem and the efficiency of work through auditing
  • Strengthening the information activities through the establishment of sound work mindset for all employees

Role of the ethical management secretariat

  • Checking the implementation of ethical management
  • Establishing and practicing the annual activity plan for each SO
  • Checking the implementation of the work ethics and the protection of the company’s property
  • Receiving and handling the opinion or proposals from contactors or customers
  • Receiving and handling of sexual harassment report
  • Holding meetings for removing team selfishness
